Character opting in: Cosima Character attitude to telepathy/blood magic: She's been in Thedas long enough to be aware that blood magic optics are bad, but doesn't have the same kneejerk fear of it that many natives do. (She's also a rifter, so she's like "uh if you are not using blood, I am not sure how this is blood magic.") Might have a talk with her about the potential risks of other people knowing, especially given her leadership responsibilities, but will not freak out herself.
Character opting in: Julius Character attitude to telepathy/blood magic:Not great Bob. Julius has some blood magic baggage that means he takes it pretty damn seriously. Like a lot of the other mages, though, he's more inclined to tell other mages so they can try to deal with it in house. He also intellectually understands rifter magic can be different, but may need to be talked down a bit from an initial reaction.
Character opting in: Vanya Character attitude to telepathy/blood magic: Negative but he's not a narc. If she doesn't seem immediately dangerous, he's likely to keep an eye on/distrust her but unlikely to call the magic cops.
Character opting in: Siegfried Character attitude to telepathy/blood magic: Wow, seems interesting, but also please do not notice he has any emotions other than enthusiasm for his job. (Which is to say: fine with it in theory, could be prickly in practice depending on what she notices.)
Situations in which telepathy is permitted: OOC: I'm down whenever! But if you want to talk about potential fallout in a specific situation before we go there, feel free to grab me on plurk or discord first.
